Shipping Policies:
Walnut food products has the following Shipping and Refund policies:
We are delivering the cakes currently across
Lucknow (Within the range of 10 Km) free of cost.
We deliver rest of the Products all over India*
Delivery Date:
1. Kindly book your orders 24 hours before for
Cakes (Lucknow) and for rest of the Products 4 Days before (all over India)
2. Margin Time will be around 4 hours (more or
Less) on the day of Delivery.
3. Margin Time depend upon the distance of
shipping address.
Delivery time:
We deliver Monday to Sunday (7 days a week)
Time: 9:00 Am to 9:00 Pm (IST)
Orders booked on same day of Deliveries may get
delayed than delivery time
*As per Blue Dart Schedule
Festival Time:
During Festival time Order booked may get late
than the expected Delivery Date
Note: During Holidays like Diwali, Holi, Eid,
Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, New Year, Valentine Day, Mothers Day, Bhai Dooj etc
it is recommended to book your orders 48 hours before.
Delivery Status Enquiries:
For confirmation regarding the delivering of the
orders, it is recommended that you call the concerned authority of Walnut world
bakery on the delivery date.
Another suggestion is to e-mail us quoting of
order
However in case there is no one to receive the
order at shipping address the delivery man will leave the Business Card of
shipping services provider at the doorstep of the recipient to call back for
the orders.
